The oldest temple in Tokyo, it was crowded with people.

Grand Prince Hotel, Hiroshima

About 30 minutes from downtown, we stayed in a nice hotel on the ocean.2015-10-16 17.23.18

McDonalds Ebi Filet-O

We tried to avoid McDonald’s while on our trip, but stopped once for dinner.  They have a fried shrimp, ebi burger.

It was OK, but tasted quite a bit like a McChicken.

Comparing food prices between Japan and home, things seemed quite comporable.  This was meals for three of us. 2015-10-07 17.42.54

It came to less than $20 Canadian, which is about the same as at home.
