The atomic dome. This is one of the few buildings that survived the near to the center of the blast.
This is the original ground zero. Not much to see other than a small plaque. The atomic bomb exploded above this spot.
This marks the spot where the A bomb fell. They call this spot the Hypocenter.
The children’s’ monument. There are thousands of folded paper cranes in each of those kiosks.
The flame of peace. In the background is the musuem. Entry fee is about 50 cents.

The building in the distance is called Hotel High Up. It is one of the shortest buildings in the neighbourhood.
